Solid Performer, I bought this as a replacement for my Forerunner 205 was, in essence, being bounced after a few years in my bag. Like my previous 205, the basic functions are easy to use. It locks on satellites relatively quickly and does a good job of tracking time / speed / distance. I am currently training for my 3rd marathon and program will begin training for my long runs and intervals, again very easy to program custom training on my computer and GPS. My only criticism (which I read in many reviews) is the technical support of Garmin is a bit 'lacking. My 205 froze after first few weeks. Finally replaced, but it took several weeks of emails back and forth.

If I drop below a certain pace (or above a certain pace) it'll beep at me. I believe it has lowered my long run times because of this feature.
